Hershey’s Kisses-Themed Plush Toys Make a Sweet Addition to Your Dog’s Easter Basket

Many pet owners have turned assembling an Easter basket for their dog into a yearly ritual. A couple of treats, perhaps a fresh bandana, and a single holiday-themed toy to complete the arrangement. It may be a modest effort, yet it helps the celebration feel more welcoming for the whole household.

The challenge lies in choosing a toy that genuinely comes across as festive. You want something that reads as seasonal without seeming cheap or easily forgotten. Extra credit if it is charming enough to serve as decor until your dog takes it over.

Available at Target, the Hershey’s Kisses Easter Plush Dog Toy is a set of four plush squeaky toys modeled after the classic Hershey’s Kisses shape and finished in vivid spring colors. Each one is roughly six inches long and five inches wide, a size that small and medium dogs can easily pick up and carry.

Constructed from polyester and containing a squeaker, these plush toys are intended for gentle chewing and interactive play. With four in a single package, pet parents get variety right away, featuring metallic-style finishes in blue, green, silver and pink. They look festive placed in an Easter basket and arguably even better spread around the floor during play.

At $9.99 for four toys, the value is difficult to overlook. Should one end up lost beneath the couch or become such a favorite that it needs to be retired, you still have spares on hand. That makes it a practical choice for homes with multiple dogs or for pups who like to cycle through different toys.

If you are assembling a fully themed basket, these coordinate well with the chocolate bar-style plush included in this look, such as the Hershey’s Easter chocolate bar bunny dog toy. For a gentler pastel aesthetic, you might also add something like this Five Below Peeps bunny plush dog toy to complete the spring assortment.

As is true of most plush toys, supervised play is recommended, particularly for dogs who chew with enthusiasm. Spot cleaning will help them stay bright throughout the season.

For pet parents who enjoy going all-in on holiday themes, this four-pack is a straightforward option. It is playful, instantly recognizable and inexpensive enough to pick up without much deliberation. If a quick Target run for Easter supplies is already on your list, this item may be worth adding to your cart.
