Kohl’s Shoppers Give High Marks to This Roomy, Foldable Cat Carrier
Quinn Howard
For anyone with a cat, having a carrier that keeps them secure and at ease matters a great deal. The Kitty City Cat Carrier, available at Kohl’s, is worth considering if that’s what you’re after.
It’s easy to understand why cat owners are drawn to this carrier. The design is open on every side but the bottom, which allows air to move through freely and helps the interior feel less confining. Shoppers mention that the side opening in particular makes the carrier seem more welcoming to their pets.

Most ratings for the Kitty City Cat Carrier on Kohl’s website are five stars. Two pet parents shared their thoughts there.
“Perfect! Looks very nice and has good visibility and airflow from all sides. Kohl’s pickup was fast and easy, so we were able to get this quickly on our way to adopt our kitty. Love the side open so it isn’t like entering a tunnel. Would be good for getting a resistant cat in the carrier easily. I think the side entry is part of what our kitty likes about it—she enjoyed hanging out in it with the door open and one of her comfort blankets after we brought her home. Foldable storage is a big plus as well. I purchased on sale, but I think it would also be worth full price,” one shopper commented on Kohls.com.
“I recently rescued my cat from the dog park. There was no question I was bringing him home, even though I hadn’t adopted a cat or kitten in 12 years. Cody Kitty, probably about 2 years old, is my 28th cat, and he is wonderful. Cody is very food motivated, and soon, my Bitty Kitty became my Fatty Catty. When I saw this cat carrier, I had to have it. Cody was outgrowing the fabric carrier I purchased. It’s well-made and has a lot of room. How do I get him to go into it? Simple, I toss some food in it. Didn’t I say he was food motivated,” another shopper wrote about the cat carrier on Kohls.com.
